Состояние строительных конструкций неудовлетворительное. Поперечный разрез пом.805/3 имеет форму параллелограмма с негоризонтальной верхней и нижней сторонами. Опорные части ригелей и консолей колонн по ряду Г имеют значительные разрушения. Плиты перекрытия в осях 47-50 имеют прогиб 5-15см, трещины и сколы защитного слоя с оголением арматуры, монолитная стена в рядах Е-Д покрыта трещинами с раскрытием 3-5мм. Часть плит перекрытия оторвана от опорной зоны. Бетонный пол имеет трещины с раскрытием до 5мм. В зонах под ригелями вспучивание, отслоение. Вдоль колонн по ряду Г в районе осей 43-44 щели в перекрытии отм.+31.5м, через которые проникает свет из помещения 402/3. Между осями 41-44 на полу бетонные наплывы высотой 0.2-1.2м. Со стороны ряда Г к ряду Д между осями 48-50 наплыв бетона от верха помещения до пола по ряду Д. Стена по оси 50 имеет разрыв в месте сопряжения со стеной между рядами Е-Д (раскрыт деф.шов). Стена между пом.805/3 и 801/2. в рядах Е-Д имеет разрушения со смещением. Имеются проломы из пом.805/3 в пом.801/2. Между колоннами по ряду Г установлена сетчатая металлическая опалубка, заполненая бетоном на высоту 1.2м от пола.

There are breaks from room 805/3 to room 801/2. Between the columns along row D, a mesh metal formwork is installed, filled with concrete to a height of 1.2 m from the floor.
