Дверной проем в пом.01/3 на 3/4 залит бетоном. Пол пом.01/3 также залит бетоном, который поступал со стороны оси 43, где уровень бетона достигает потолка, проход далее невозможен.
По ряду У на стыке стены и потолка в пом.01/3 обнаружена трещина с раскрытием до 10-30 мм и длиной до 20 м, на стенахимеются многочисленные отслоения краски и штукатурки.
Между осями 51-51* имеется свободный проход на металлическую лестницу, которая на один пролет залита водой, глубина слоя воды более1,5м. Проход в помещение, находящееся под пом.01/3 невозможен, поскольку открытый дверной проем в него на 4/5 высоты находится под слоем воды.
