Состояние несущих строительных конструкций - удовлетворительное. Пол закопчен, пол завален мусором, старым пластикатом, остатками оборудования и арматуры. Из проема, связывающего коридор 406/2 с залом ГЦН пом.402/3, до ряда Ж тянется бетонный "язык". За рядом М в сторону ряда Н наплывы бетона и завалы из щебня. Везде большая запыленность, особенно, на трубопроводах и вент коробах, расположеных вдоль стен. Состояние помещения 407/2 - удовлетворительное.
